The firm was founded by Daragh Lindsay, a Chartered Accountant with over 12 years of experience in corporate finance recruitment. His background combines technical finance training with extensive market experience across three key verticals of corporate finance, investment banking and M&A.

Harp Executive was established to bring a more focused, discreet and relationship-led approach to search. The aim is to move beyond transactional recruitment, offering a more considered process aligned with the expectations of investment banks, corporate advisory firms and corporate organisations.
